Safari Extension Enhancements and Other Recent Updates
The Safari extension login issue has been resolved. Please visit the store to download or update to the latest version (7.5.13).
Recently, some users reported issues with the Safari extension, such as being unable to log in or experiencing repeated logins. Upon investigation, we identified that the issue is related to a system bug in macOS 15 Safari. While we have maintained close communication with the Apple team, we have not yet received a concrete resolution plan. To ensure uninterrupted use of Cubox features, we have optimized the login process for the Safari extension, allowing you to continue seamless usage of Cubox.
📌 How to Log In
- Open Cubox Web, go toSettings > Extension Code, generate a code, and copy it (valid for one-time use within 5 minutes).
- Update to version 7.5.13 of the Safari extension, then paste the code to log in.
Thank you for your understanding and patience. Safari will resume feature updates starting today. If you encounter any issues during use, feel free to contact us at hi@cubox.cc.

After investigation, the login issue with the Safari extension is due to a system bug in macOS 15. We are actively reaching out to Apple's official support team to find a resolution. In the meantime, based on our reproduction of the issue, we have come up with the following temporary solution:
- Go to Safari Settings - Advanced page and enable the option 'Show features for web developers' at the bottom.
- Open the welcome page of Cubox extension and use the shortcut cmd-option-ito open the web inspector.
- If you are already logged into your Cubox account on the web page, simply refresh the page. If not, refresh the page first and then proceed with the login.
Following these steps should allow you to log in to the Safari extension. After logging out, you can log in again by following the usual steps without having to open the web inspector again.
If you still have problems, please let us know in time. Or send a video recording of the complete operation process to hi@cubox.cc. We will follow up and handle it.
