1. I’m a Pro member. Can I upgrade to Pro+AI at the discounted price?
Yes, you can directly subscribe to Pro+AI through the app or website. The new membership will take effect immediately.
If you are a Pro subscriber, your remaining membership value will be automatically prorated or refunded.
If you purchased Pro without a subscription, the remaining Pro membership duration will roll over and be used after your Pro+AI subscription period ends.
2. I’m already a Pro+AI member. Can I subscribe at the discounted price?
If you purchased Pro+AI annually, simply subscribe again to extend your membership. The durations will stack, and the new period will be consumed first.
If you’re a Pro+AI subscriber, we’ll provide another purchasing option soon so you can enjoy the discount. Stay tuned!
3. Can I still get the 14-day Pro+AI trial with the discount?
If you’ve never tried Pro+AI, subscribing at the discounted price will also grant you an additional 14-day trial period. However, if you cancel during the trial and the promotion ends, you won’t be able to repurchase at the discounted price.
4. Can I enjoy the price lock at the discounted price？
This promotion does not combine with the Pro+AI price lock offer. Users who subscribe to Pro+AI for the first time during this event can renew at $68.99/year after the discount period.
